Player Support'

Locked in the dark Remix Office is a group of people who work around the clock answering your customer service emails! This wild bunch go to great lengths to make sure that your emails are answered quickly and giving the best assistance possible.

Some say they type so quickly their keyboard sets on fire, others say they are just plain wild. All we know is they are called the Player Support team!

There are currently 5 people in the group Alan, SteveBrown03, Bella, and Skunkboyjr. They work in their free time, completely free of charge!

The Player Support gang deal with non-emergency things and queries which Moderators are unable to deal with. If you need instant Emergency Help please use the Call for Help which is situated all over the site.

Who are the Motley Crew?

Alan - Alan is a very busy person and doesn't have much time for Helptool tickets. But when he does answer them, he answers them well!

Bella - The general Player Support REP for the site. You can usually expect to hear from her when sending in mail. Hopefully that's a good thing! Her official title around the site is Customer Service Manager.

Skunkboyjr - Skunk's the "All-Around" guy. He usually sticks to answering the high-priority tickets, or tickets regarding technical errors, but he's been known to occasionally steal some of Bella's tickets to answer them himself.

SteveBrown03 - Most of the time you will see him eating popcorn and getting crumbs all over the office floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I apply to be in Player Support?
Unfortunately we only look for applicants within the current moderation team as they have had experiance with the staff tools and have learned how to deal with our users.

Q. I haven't received a reply to my ticket.
Please check your junk filter in your email account as many of our emails are classed as spam by the email hosts. If you still can't find it, login on the account you sent the ticket from and use the "Current Tickets" section of the helptool page.

Q. How long are your responses typically?
Depending upon the type of ticket it can range from 24 - 48 hours.

Q. I do not see many Player Support staff active on the site, why is this?
Player Support is exactly as it says on the tin. The group of Player Support members tend to work remotely from administration panels on the website which allow them to perform their jobs faster. This means that if you do not see a Player Support member on the site very often, it doesn't mean they are not active ;)
